Members in this co-op, headed up by Hilario Rosario Quezada, husband a diverse mix of cacáo cultivars practicing improved post-harvest methods in conjunction with their NGO partner Root Capital & Boston-area barsmiths Alex Whitmore & Larry Slotnick of Taza which result in DirecTrade with others like The Mast Bros.
