Amano Art Pollard is a Gen X-hibitionist who, to his credit, uses social media & chocolate shows about as well as anybody in the biz. One look of his website reveals more awards than the credit scroll at the end of a grade-B movie. add a little sodium & vanilla stains to the dairy-laden leftovers from the Aroma -> White cocoa butter strains valiently to punch thru the smog... & for the most part succeeds

Bears worth repeating: White Chocolate provides a window onto a maker’s soul. Evidently Amano’s remains decisively dark (although its MC bars undercut this pervasive darksome nature).

The brand needs to switch out its dairy supply &/or reconfigure the ratios. Horrendous beginning almost permantly cripples an otherwise respectable White on the strength of some solid if stark cocoa butter. Both flavor & color point to extra-deodorized oil, steam-cleaned a couple times.

On the plus side, quite naturalistic / almost nothing abstracted. The beauty within / everted: cocoa butter, the queen of fats & one of the most valuable cosmetics, gives this enough body to overcome Textural complaints & maintain its grace from the inside.

Huge potential for the category.
