Moho takes a page out of Shawn Askinosie's playbook & raises him one.

By putting the mug of each grower with their name, position, & stats on a business card, they can be flipped in the school yard as kids used to do with baseball cards ('til video games & bullying killed that game during recess). Instead of chewing gum, this includes a Milk Chocolate bar with, seemingly, gum resin (chicle).

And instead of HRs, RBIs, SOs, ERAs, it lists Theobroma cacao tree count, village, organic certification date... but why stop there?... what about fermentation turns, drying decks, roasting levels, & conche times?

Yeah, and the C-spot® can be ESPN!

When it rains it pours, & then evidently floods. A salinization of an otherwise treasured trove of cacáo.

Lime? What lime?

In adding lime, this could've / should've / would've simulated the inherent tendencies of lemon found in Java & Madagascar Dark-Milks. But salt just suffocates lime into oblivion. By the end, the only sign of it comes by way of the lime-green color on the wrapper (click image upper right to enlarge).

The brass at Moho needs to remove then hide the salt shaker from whomever got carried away here.
