As the maxim goes 'if you lie down with dogs, you get up with fleas'.

What about laying in a bed of salt & chocolate?

Hmmm... savory. No need to get up.

lightly seasoned chocolate -> bread & nut spread as salt lifts the elements then plunges them into coffee, brownies, & chicory -> black walnut & green banana for some internal contrast

Fleur de Sel pops up so often now in chocolate it might be France's greatest export after champagne & lingerie.

And just as everything tastes better with butter (another French staple), so too salt (in the right proportion of course).

Though this bar replicates in part the underpinnings of Woodblock's Balao, the overall simplicity & moreover Texture tilt's toward its Ocumare. If indeed Ocumare, then salt performs a surgical flav-lift on that patient.

Either way, once placed under salt's magnification, it twerks... err, tweaks the compounds into a sort of jerk móle. Perfect while basting wild game like -- to aliens no doubt -- the human tongue.

INGREDIENTS: cocoa mass, sugar, salt
