Pretty stout / robust for 60%, a surefire sign of just how dark, even black, the terra aspects of St. Lucian cacáo are.
No denying the sugar though.
Every facet from cultivating to commercializing + all in between still under development & in the experimental stage as exemplified by the Texture.
And yet they've got something there at Emerald Estate. Perhaps even some uncut / unpolished cacáo gems awaiting their ultimate craftsman's touch.
