Impact
So-called "raw chocolate" usually approximates trying to pick up a turd from the clean end. It can't be done.
Somehow Herr Zotter manages just that with this.
Skillful.

Texture: | little lumps |

sugar abuts that hard edge of raw -> goes green -> caramel backed in languid licorice… the offshoot of mostly coconut palm action -> bamboo -> mapled sheet rock (tastier than it sounds)
Quality 14.7 / 20
Clearly a conceit to a micro-sliver market niche ("raw chocolate") for this lacks any true redeeming value in flavor other than Zotter performs, as usual, exemplary craft with, in this case, substandard elements: unroasted cocoa & domineering coconut palm sugar.
Far greater perceptual sweetness than its actual sugar content.
As such this becomes as much a bar on coconut than cocoa nuts.
A bit disjointed & layered but a respectable exposition, all things considered, of an 80% "raw".
INGREDIENTS: cocoa mass, coconut sugar, cocoa butter, salt
