Cocoa Nuts
by MohoImpact
Moho's direct sales force often can be seen greeting passengers on cruise ships that pull into the nearby port. Yep, destination Chocolate Belize.
Tourists disembark for the afternoon to sip & sample the local delicacies, including cacáo / cocoa / chocolate. Before returning onboard, they naturally buy souvenirs for the folks back home (or to keep as their own).
Bars, of course, melt. These roasted nuts don't.
Unwinnowed / unshelled. Let gringo & gringa do all the work.
Very smart... on Moho's part.

Peeling these proves well worth the labor-intensive effort.
Preternaturally kind. Some of the kindest anywhere, without being sheepish either.
Archetype of fabled Belizean cacáo.
These erstwhile seeds skirt the challenging ferments coming from Moho's sister organization Maya Mountain Cacao. Their only rival from the area: Cyrila's Nibs. Both are great; each is distinct. This here really spins the colorful flavor wheel irrespective of their latent state. They provide a clear window onto their eventual transformation into chocolate. Rare for cocoa nuts to project so directly.
Once gobbled, Moho's cocoa surely serve as souvenirs in the memory bank.
