Amazonas from Peru, naturally confuses with Amazonas from Venezuela. They share a similar flavor profile, provenance (Amazonia), & perhaps pedigree (generalized as Amazon which covers a dozen+ subclusters, each a distinct varietal, to reflect the bio-diversity of cacáo's probable cradle in the South American rainforest) to close the circle.
Displays a core flavor quotient of cocoa 'n nuts that, if properly handled, can be an easy & satisfying chocolate for the masses. Nothing complicated or nuanced; just straight forward & bold.
INGREDIENTS: cocoa mass, sugar
