Bougainville waged the world's first successful eco-revolution in the 1990s.

The local community there rose up against the centralized Papua New Guinea government & the mining corporation Rio Tinto Zinc that were jointly seeking to exploit the island's natural resources. The Bougainville Revolutionary Army (BRA) overcame a marine blockade of their island enclave by using coconut oil as fuel for their energy needs, including to power vehicles.

Apparently they kept some in reserve after the conflict died down to dry these cocoa nuts (yes, botanically, that's what they are).

Cravve has the good sense to take its fiery Bougainville 75% & douse it with a fire retardant in the form of more sugar.

Which fans the flames some... beyond burnt sugar to sugar burns.
Appearance   3.6 / 5
Color: blushing dark brown
Surface: smudged, + bubbled with fat splatter
Temper: diminished
Snap: catabolic
Aroma   6.9 / 10
deep cocoa drifts-in on cloud of gas vapors only to plant burning rubber right up the nostrils & melts 'em
Mouthfeel   10.1 / 15
Texture: bits & pieces
Melt: choppy
Flavor   35.3 / 50
same berry opening as Bougainville 75 but longer sustain here -> then tires & burning brake pads bring it to a screeching halt but not before sugar catalyzes / fires-up a bright guava moment (nice)... solace for the descent into the tar pits -> latex stands in for cocoa butter -> brazil nut skins -> intermittent cocoa on the way out -> gripping / ripping coffee on the way down
Quality   11 / 20
Cravve commits its level best to ransom the unsalvageable: shoddy post-harvested cacáo. It falls about another 10 to 15% of sugar content short.

Grim.

INGREDIENTS: cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter
