Tagging cocoa butter, the queen of fats, a "Dirty Blonde" sounds off of some racist / sexist bigotry.

With flavor like this, however, the world might be better served with more of these bigots.

Appearance   4.5 / 5
Color: very apt namesake; emphasis on 'dirt'
Surface: hot mess
Temper: glamorous raunch
Snap: snark & smug
Aroma   6.8 / 10
sinister evil smelled before in Holy Cacao's All-White
putty, PlayDoh®, & plaster linger around grandma's musty / crusty cupboards & panties (pure gilf from a guiltless Omnom)
Mouthfeel   12 / 15
Texture: a powder keg set to explode
Melt: shudders & shimmers
Flavor   47.2 / 50
straight out cocoa butter -> simple sugar -> butter next inflected with limestone & mild myrrh -> milk powder, rather caustic at first, until it melds with the other components for vanilla-cream / candied yam FXs -> sweet tamarind (very fine) -> rum toffee (damn sultry) -> clears with some actual bona fide cocoa in a sort of malted Dark-Milk over toasted cereal
Quality   17.4 / 20
From the look to the taste, undoubtedly undeodorized.

Omnom admits they ordered deodorized cocoa butter. Instead it received an accidental shipment from The DR of the unalkalized variety. What an ecstatic mistake.

Naked in character. Easy to glean that that Dark-Milk analogue at the finish stems probably from filtration at less than absolute purity, thus some trace solids ended up in the butter oil &/or cross leakage in the production equipment shared for both Omnom’s Dark & White chocolate can contain bits of whatever was in the prior batch. Whatever the circumstance, pretty well proportioned at 36%: a guesstimate of roughly 40% sugar / 25% milk powder (the latter substantially biases Texture).

No added vanilla further beams the spotlight more squarely on cocoa, interacting with Icelandic dairy which casts its own filthy nature into the works of this Dirty Blonde beyond just texturally.

A White with strong core attributes of cacáo's essential fatty acids (stearic / palmitic / oleic).

INGREDIENTS: sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder
