Impact
A "Noble White" (Edel Weiss) from the Dutch Original Beans label but manufactured in Switzerland where one of humanity's undisputed geniuses was schooled:
Try & penetrate with our limited means the secrets of nature & you will find that, behind all the discernible concatenations, there remains something subtle, intangible & inexplicable. Veneration for this force beyond comprehension is religious. – Einstein

A world beater in weight (few Whites tip 30% let alone 40%) but standard in taste, even somewhat subtle (save for those salty FXs probably derived from Swiss Alpine dairy), despite a) no added vanilla & b) the aforementioned inordinately high 40% content. Strange.
All because for some inexplicable reason Original Beans (OB) chose to neuter this otherwise purist approach by selecting a deodorized cocoa butter, thus neutralizing the formulation? To employ a non-deodorized variety would risk those uncontrolled intangibles or flavor offsets beyond what OB might wish to stomach?
All the same, who's to say the label errs when this solid bar betters 90% of the Whites out there. No one because in truth, according to OB's CEO Philipp Kauffmann, he has longed for "a quality organic, natural butter that doesn't get in the way. Now, even more than ever, we think we found it ;-)".
Ahhh, non-deodorized, after all. Highly, perhaps excessively, filtered. In which case OB could apply a little less Einstein to this White Chocolate & tip it toward 55% for added essence.
INGREDIENTS: cocoa butter, sugar, milk powder
