When there's nothing to say, say nothing; & let others puzzle over whether that signifies dumb stupidity or quiet intelligence.

Moka
Due to its greater comparative strength, coffee needs to be carefully selected & matched to this cacáo. The coffee here proves too acidic, too competitive instead of bowing to the beauty of cacáo. A generalized mishap.
Quinoa
A chameleon quinoa.
Not Aunt Rebecca's rice crisp or Cousin Kyle's nibby bar. A creative, inspired interpretation of a crunch bar. The crunch here never steals chocolate's thunder: quinoa announces itself then defers to the multi-fruity-noted Peruvian cacao. An astute juxtaposition & transmutation of Texture-to-Flavor suggests refined instincts on the part of Orquidea yet to be fully moderated with discernment throughout the line (see Moka above).
Any demerits strictly on cosmetics. Otherwise, a showcase bar deserving its own PR campaign.
