An all-in-country play from a pair of ex-pat Brits living in Belize who shop for tropical groceries by hopping from their Ambergris Caye island hideaway to Punta Gorda on the mainland where they buy raw cocoa in the local markets there.
Evidently they're picky shoppers.
Other than possible evaporation issues (trace mold), an honest (just cacáo mass + cane sugar) & friendly chocolate (all those sweet fruits flapping back & froths with cocoa derivatives).
This Belize Chocolate Company bar will relieve consumers back in their native England from having to settle for lamentable Green & Black's when it comes to single-origin chocolate from Belize.
