hard green earth -> belladonna, moss, maybe even poison ivy -> sours to spiced fig (clove & cardamom) w/ its twig intact -> chews down hemp seed (gaggly green) -> warm nuts (the only brief heat in the proceeedings – cashew & Maya aka breadnut) -> proscuitto, very mild & lightly cured -> equalized acidity / bitterness mediated by butter of vaporous / antiseptic quality
Quality 17.9 / 20
Unsweetened parent of Domori ‘s stellar Carenero 70% tastes relatively... well, unrelated, except for subdued bitterness which partially explains the extreme kindness of flavors in the sugared, lower-percentage version. Signature “low impact” processing here produces a rather “cold” bar & quite closed - almost hermetic, yet tolerable / borderline palatable - as far as 100% bars go. Lingering after-length is where most likeable effects grow, picking-up latent fig & cashew & more of what this strain can do in a sweetened format.
