The news, such as it is, ain’t pretty.
Mommies bribing universities to enroll their kiddies.
Climate-crusaders flying private.
Priests prey; naïfs & come-ups Weinsteined / Epsteined.
Agitprops masked as journalists.
Western athletes in league with the CCP.
And multi-nat'l INC.s mosh into the ESG pit (re: GS; BLK).
To fix this charade: more gov’t skools, gov’t housing-jails, gov’t cheese… more than enough to make y’all sick for which w’all got gov’t meds.
Then do the wokey-dokay. Play ball ‘n drivel. And that’s what it’s all about.
Wherever there’s loyalty, there’s treason; virtue, vice; sincerity, duplicity. The dialetics of the mammalian neocortex fronting the limbic section of the human brain. Shakespeare forever: win us with honest trifles / to betray’s in deepest consequence.
Then there’s Georgia-Ramon offering a small bar of genuine chocolate & some goodwill. The bittersweet antidote to real fake news & that ol’ holey trinity of money / power / sex.

Brasilien
73% cacáo-content; Pará State; Coopoam; Brazil
Fab bar. Terrific range & spectrum... depth & spread... a surround-sensory chocolate on max
Guatemala
75% cacáo-content; Sierra de las Minas; Guatemala
Bit gruff 'n rough of a hybrid. Ferment somewhat uncontained. Ergo, out of sorts with itself, pulling in off directions. This hodge-pod of a cross-mix genetics a real mongrel... biting & brash. About the only plus: low bitter.
Madagascar
70% cacáo-content; Mava Estate, Ottange Grove; Madagascar
Veracious. On-point except for the sequencing. Usually Madagascar chocolate opens with a berry flourish, then finishes with hazelnut. This switches the flow attributable in part to a roast that galvanizes lower notes. Excellent all the same.
From a small quadrant on Mava Estate harvesting just 6 tons annual which qualifies for a micro- if not a nano-lot.
Capsule Summary: But for the Guatemala bar, the overall rating significantly rises. Still, consider baseball -- a career batter "only" needs to hits safely 1 out of 3 times & enters the Hall Fame. Or an NFL team that averages touchdowns on ~25% of its offensive possessions wins Super Bowls. Two exceptional bars out of three here merits 4 to 5 stars + a place in the chocolate pantheon.
INGREDIENTS: cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter
