Almost no evolution to this flavor progression. Despite hot spices (ginger, cinnamon, mace, pepper), a weirdly cold chocolate; dull & dim as a cask barrel in a dank cellar. Domori's famous 'low impact' processing seemingly putting the chill on all the additives. Under-optimized, & possibly stale assemblage of ingredients.
