Impact
A knuckle dragger playing with a sugar bomb. After the explosion detonates, he thinks to himself: "Oh, baby, that’s a sweet candy... with an odd smell of the inside of a doll’s head after her little brother rips it off."

stable white chocolate -> sooo much sugar milk solids in the batch -> odd rubber-band back, (no, really) come stampeding forward to annihilate any rich cocoa butter -> stale processed cheese ->aluminum -> after all that….a really nice/ under-ripe tart mango.

Odd but fun; good structure, very natural/fruit forward & lovely mouth feel. Gotta respect Coppeneur’s dedication to pure, but do ALL your homework guys, i.e., roast, conch, blend, temper AND TASTE.
