Roast tells part of the tale... from the color... to the aroma... but flavor shows other (over-) processing. Has the fingerprints of Dutched (re: stripped) West African Amelonado beans mated to another Amazon variety, probably from Brazil, that leaves fruit intact, making for a strange odd couple... an uncongenial 2 of kind.
