Quality, quality, quality…. nails the basics of the craft: proper fermenting/curing, blending, conching, & a master at the helm roasting... gives this clean, cream-forward & strong back-boned milk the structure/balance to please even those who walk the dark side. Earthen chocolate with sweet cream, caramel, rose, whole sugar, clean mountain water. No chinks in this armor…just well-built all-round.
