Pacari's signature light-touch in good F/X for some native nibtronics... grinding flintstones really, in li’l Wayne’s hip-hop pocket that build up to make the bed rock.

wild cherrywood ash gets the attn immediately... jarring & rattling then smoothes down on a sugar grade leading to an inner-explosion -> black currant pops up -> cocoa pulls thru, pulling the glaze off as nibs are chewed -> background grains (rice, yucca, acorn) -> pecan & peanut -> citrus splash inferring alcohol (semi-feral, perhaps canine... the by-product of a dog working a fire hydrant) -> gorgeous marshmallow hibiscus at the back

A little disjointed, bedeviled by integration issues at the start with that off-putting opener. Taste & texture feels as if Pacari may have sprayed or steamed these beans after they were dried, adding back moisture - that how's soft & damp they are. Comes together overall with remarkable range as the glaze & nibs conscript to modulate each other & snap into alignment for an unexpected, almost stunning, finale.
