diametric opposite of its snap – muted... very light / mild (suspect at any higher % as possibly steamed or even Dutched); headnotes of orchid & tagete marigold; coconut palm, banana leaf, & dates in the middle; underside of cigar / leather tannins

drop all suspicions, this kick-starts & backfires instant chocolate w/ coconut cream -> sugar crystals gently drop from an hour-glass... tick... tick... sweetens to wildflower honey... tick, tick... then dates... tick-tick... -> BOOM – setting off a series of fatally rich chocolate explosions -> in the discharge, a red hover cloud (bushels of strawberry, red anjou pear, & sapote) -> cocoa black-out (minor bittering) covers all, while at the subliminal edge more fruit (papaya & honeydew) dances in the corner recesses to Joy Division’s ‘Shadowplay’ -> elusive flowers (vanilla’s orchid blossom & frangipani evoking fig) -> chocolate now lightly weighted in soft rosewood & sweet birch -> vanishing cake w/ long half-life
Quality 17.9 / 20
Castelain just golden in optimizing, most likely, Barry Cacao couvertures, blending these chocolate canvases into a restoration project. Bang-on knocks it out thru the roof & out of the park with finesse & harmony rarely attained on such a tall scale. One cavil: fraction too sweet that sacrifices even greater magnitude.
