Impact
Bit of a fashion model waif... looking burnt & broke. And still a flash photo-magnet; all of which can be a serious deterrent to creativity. But, as they say, adversity improves the breed.

Really fun bar; so much spice you almost forget it’s chocolate. With practically zero bitter & just the right acidity counterbalancing sugar while cocoa looms in the recesses. Both the color & flavor profile point to a pretty firm roast rubbing out much of Carenero’s trademark fruits, leaving hallmark spices, sweetened by all that sugar. All in all solid choices in the approach taken.
