Lots of Arriba in the mix flavor. Horizontal wood plank with cinnamon / mocha holds up a vertical stack for feathered fruit caressing the taste buds. Easy for its 80% class, with more than merely butter to temper tannins & acids - a well selected & executed blend. CC possesses an identifiably agile hand as soft as petals. Only minor cavil: amplitude.
