So different than its Pralus source material that it must be another batch from the rainy season crop. Yet both are good efforts. This an overall B-liner in the sense it hits its level quick, short, to the point. Tastes much sweeter than it is; as acidity, joined by a bitter that sends it the distance, shields the harsher aspects, reducing the need for extra sugar, while butter keeps everything in check, including chocolate essence that alas recedes from the forefront.
