Less a chocolate & more an initiative confected by the local chamber of commerce highlighting 2 area attractions in the time-honored tradition of northern Italian guilds, bringing together the capital of balsamic with Tuscany's Chocolate Valley (vinegar by Montecurto & couverture Giraudi).
