Beatific as a cotillon where all the debs still have their pearls on after their escorts get done 4-wheeling them to the ball.
Appearance   3.1 / 5
Color: medium biege
Surface: scruffy: scuff marks, micro flakes & pinholes galore
Temper: cold waxed
Snap: gentle but tight, exposing the Nibs within
Aroma   9.2 / 10
gorgeous wonder: deep vanilla malt-shake sprinkled with longan (strawberry / rose components... rare for MC) -> more uniquities... toasted wild rice & ti flower (its starchy rhizomes)
Mouthfeel   11.8 / 15
Texture: Milk Chocolate a bullet-sponge for Nibs
Melt: cold & crunchy (seen in the Temper) then powdered nibbles
Flavor   43.4 / 50
streaming malted caramel teases out the milk... gradually -> wraps around Nibs for toffee brittle -> candies into supersoft strawberry-starbursts (red-on-white; berries against milk) -> rolls over vanilla milk cocoa -> subtle peppermint almond surprise
Quality   17.9 / 20
Yeah, it’s an MC but those crypto-Nibs hiding behind the Milk really add luster & color to the monochrome of Malie Kai’s regular MC-38. In an unusual twist, these Hawaiian Nibs actually bring fruits to the table instead of just the typical nut packets that Nibs often supply. Plus, they neutralize if not keep all that sugar at bay (for the most part). And that completely unexpected ending defies a bar otherwise low on amplitude & short on length.

The combined Aroma + Taste almost approximate "ambar" (rose, mint, clover, & oak [the last in the guise of vanilla]).

Just more proof-positive that these Nibs – stellar in their own right - keep on giving wherever they’re dropped.

Hungry mobs eat this up.

ING: sugar, cacáo butter, full cream milk, cocoa mass, soy lecithin, vanilla
