Walt White made blue sky, so why can’t Jet Blue fly in some chocolate smack?
On October 1, 2013 a Jet Blue flight attendant tried to smuggle heroin into Orlando Int’l Airport. Carla Alvarado hid more than 900 grams of it -- about 2 pounds -- underneath her uniform, disguised to look like… well, chocolate.
Alvarado admitted someone paid her $10,000 to transport it on a direct flight from Colombia.
Imagine if growers there could just sell their cacáo for similar profit. Quality & purity would go way up.

Plain, comfort fare. Shockingly tolerable for 85%.
Yeah, they're burnt, then practically every nuance rubbed out in the conche but no one accuses Casa Luker of artisanship.
The Huila region of Colombia, known more for coffee than cocoa, because its altitude makes it less suitable for cacáo.
Consider it the 'Huila Hoop' of Pop Chocolate… just goes 'round 'n 'round in simple loops. A good baker's mix for brownie batter.
