A dramatic modification of Mesocacao's plain 80%. Indelicate. Way too heavy handed, an epileptic fit really, on the salt shaker.

Milk Chocolate with Almonds
Spikes Mesocacao's 44% Milk Chocolate with whole nuts -- 5 of them to be exact. Intrusive dairy obscures the Milk Chocolateness of this base, relying on the almonds to overcome the powder burns from it which they accomplish with a little help from cooking them in vegetable oil & a pinch of salt. The bar that'll have fans screaming 'mas, muchomas'.
