Near perfect pitch & ratios as well-roasted tannic structure pierces the fat to shoot thru the length even though the addition of dairy butter depletes chocolate magnitude & obscures its remnants some by rounding off into golden tones (contributing to that calve in the mid-palate), which has the bonus effect of blocking the perception of sugar, making the bar feel darker than it is.
