Fresco, among the few but growing barsmiths to practice transparency of its generalized processing parameters, advertises a "light roast". No kidding since this already pre-fried cacáo in PNG needs little heat treatment or, better still, just "raw" handling.
launches a fruitscape… citrus cloud escaping high above the bonfire

oh, that fruit cloud, envelopes the oral chamber… so kind / so nice but soon weighed down by burning rubber from below -> dirty bandages ala Amano's infamous Morobe tear at the scab that becomes PNG too often -> melt-thru brings a modicum of rejuvenation on some sour-peat
Quality 13.9 / 20
Fresco released the earlier &, arguably, superior 220 PNG which applied a medium roast. Then perhaps thought better & wiser that PNG hardly needs much roasting at all due to its traditional mechanically-dried cocoa (thus the high roasting measure in the metric table upper right).

A mixed seed lot of some ghastly underpinnings opposite soaring acidity.
INGREDIENTS: cocoa mass, sugar
