Very Dark

Never dull except dulling the senses in the manner of a bodypuncher. This au natch organic sadly gives fertilized GMO agri-biz a good name.

marshmallow cloud fused by a sprinkling of the same fruit of its 68% cousin, + dates... all held up thru a column of chocolate musk
Mouthfeel 11.6 / 15

Melt: | super-slow melt in staged contractions - a fork-lift operating a compactor |
Flavor 31.4 / 50
brief cocoa entrance -> bobbing for rubbery apples in the middle of an acid bath joined by souring strawberries/pomegranate -> segues applewood tobacco at the back
Quality 9.7 / 20
Inconsistent. Over the years this bar occasionally turned in good results but the latest here overemphasizes acidity - which perhaps just a little more conching may cure - as well as the Peruvian batch in this blend is fermented past prime making for a chocolate that tastes heavier than its content rating.
