M.A.S.H. unit just rips & cuts the tongue right open with a laser-razor incision of bitter acids.
Appearance   4.4 / 5
Color: darker than usual for the region or a Criollo (evidence of Pralus' roast): still, warm brown w/ a little orange in it
Surface: some bar shock: nicks, cuts, & scuffs
Temper: good gloss thru the wear
Snap: loud & clear; sanded edge
Aroma   8.4 / 10
tangerine (in keeping w/ orange color-coded wrapper) over soft wood, retreating burnt butter & rubber; let it breathe awhile... tobacco smoked cocoa; more tangerine 'n cream + bread crumbs on the rubdown
Mouthfeel   10.7 / 15
Texture: granulated fudge
Melt: liquifies
Flavor   35.2 / 50
what's the story morning glory sunrise of blended orange creamsicle chocolate -> cinnamon sticks -> orange more pronounced (neroli) + lemon & calamansi w/ hazy tobaccocoa in the backset -> bitter mushroom moves forefront -> acids & bitters war it out -> alcohol flares up a disinfectant for wound dressing -> butter cream to the rescue balms it down, though never regains the chocolate poise at the beginning -> pricker bush the last stab; cocoa powder & cheap chocolate ice-cream tone in the after-life
Quality   11.8 / 20
Dirty hybrids got sourced into this infirmary mix, probably from Kalimantan, hence the name Indonésie (instead of pure Java). All parameters indicate unfinished work at every step, from fermentation right thru to the conche. Someone over there needs to get a handle. Overall caught & 1/2 baked - an anomaly when speaking about Pralus.
