rock outs toffee -> base chocolate slings fat plum, unleashing huge strawberry plume the bursting point to cream -> deeper tannins resurge on coffee -> drain away prune

Save for initial surge, nibs gradually recede into a textural element, their carmelized flavor never outright challenging, instead nicely complement / accentuate strawberry - producing pink contrast to a dark cast.
