Yojoa Dark
Matagalpa Milk
by MesocacaoImpact
Pampered infantilism reaches new heights in the upper echelons.
At campuses from Yale to Stanford, professors cancel classes &/or exams — either because students ask or because instructors are too distraught to teach.
It goes deeper still to purer pathos. Consider:
The University of Michigan offers traumatized students coloring books & Play-Doh to calm them down (college kindergarten).
The University of Kansas reminds stressed-out charges that therapy dogs are always available.
The favorite: Ivy League Cornell holds a campus-wide “cry-in” with officials handing out tissues & hot chocolate.
Hmmm… maybe a new market for premium chocolate.

Lake Yojoa, formed by volcanoes, sits rear Las Vegas... Honduras-style.
A bit 2-dimensional for the most part & fraught roast at the beginning before this bar's soft butter relieves the burn marks.
The stamina of these cocoas evident in their ability to punch thru, especially at the very tail which signals further potential lies yet ahead.
Matagalpa Milk Chocolate
Very good if indistinguishable as both a Milk Chocolate &, moreover, the offspring of the Dark (above). The latter for good reason because it's only distantly related: they both hail from that nebulous single but-quite-apart origin called Mesoamerica now marked with all sorts of hybrids from labs & foreign introductions to replace / improve(???) the grand pure Criollos of yore under the rubric of diversity & vigor.
