None of the buttery nuts, the cream, the soft fruits typically associated with either this origin or varietal. Tastes instead of raucous Central American fare. Yes, rivals "Mexican Porcelana"!
A feral if not quite wild flavor signature; practically unbridled. Sourced from Cacao Marquez which consults with the Chama research station around Sur del Lago, Venezuela. Whether Sub-Andean (re: Criollo Andino) or the genuine Porcelana (exerting some atypical terroir), both equally fabled & rather rare.
